Card&Beyond is a merchant services company offering POS systems, service robots, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing solutions. As In-House Design Lead, I oversaw all visual and marketing communications across web, print, and digital. My primary focus was a 360° marketing initiative that strengthened brand visibility, increased website traffic, and generated high-quality leads.



#1 Role & Responsibilities

I led the redesign of the company’s bilingual website and positioned it as the central hub for all digital campaigns. This included developing the content strategy, UI design, and CRM integration. The site became the key destination for traffic driven by paid ads, SEO, and social campaigns—contributing directly to revenue growth.




#2 Marketing Goal

The objective was to drive conversions—calls and contact form inquiries—through strategic content and paid media. I created SEO-friendly and platform-optimized assets (graphics, video, animations) to deliver targeted messaging across search, display, and social platforms.




#3 Branding Strategy

I established a scalable brand system with clean typography, modular layouts, and approachable imagery. The visual tone emphasized trust and clarity, tailored for small and mid-sized business owners. This system was applied consistently across all channels, from web to print.




#4 Website Redesign

I led the end-to-end rebuild of the company’s Korean-English website using WordPress. The site featured a clean, conversion-focused layout, mobile responsiveness, and CRM-enabled forms for lead capture. It served as the landing point for both organic and paid traffic.




#5 Social Media Campaigns

I created and managed animated and static content for Instagram and Facebook, promoting services, customer stories, and offers. Paid ad campaigns were targeted by industry and demographic, increasing engagement and driving users to the website.




#6 Pay-Per-Click Campaigns

I segmented services into five product categories and developed keyword-based search and display ads. Targeted campaigns and remarketing increased visibility and conversions by reaching audiences actively researching merchant services.




#7 Print & OOH Ad Production

I designed brochures, flyers, and branded visuals for use in sales and service environments. These offline materials supported consultations and maintained brand consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.
